Health Food

Eating healthy can be a real challenge in a fast-paced world. And most Americans aren’t getting enough whole grain in their diet. So kudos to General Mills for creating a nutritious breakfast cereal that’s high in whole grain. While I haven’t looked at the ingredients or nutritional content, I can only assume that this cereal contains more beta carotene than kale and more iron than spinach. Children of America, drop those vegetables immediately and dig into some Lucky Charms!
